This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially considering the language barrier. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms have a great mountain view, which adds to the overall charm of the hotel. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the convenient location, as there was a town center nearby with plenty to do in the area.

All in all, our stay was fantastic and there was nothing to complain about.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was incredible. We couldn't believe how much we got for the price we paid. The attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the well-maintained rooms to the beautiful mountain view. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provide us with useful information about the surrounding area. Plus, the breakfast was a delicious start to our day, with a variety of local ingredients that made it extra special.

Spent New Year's Eve in a ryokan with some friends. the view was breathtaking, as we could see the mountains in the distance. the staff provided us with amazing service and showed us how to use the private onsen, which was definitely one of the best aspects of our stay. the dinner and breakfast were both delicious, and we loved trying local dishes. the ryokan offered a great selection of DVDs and board games, which kept us entertained during our downtime.

Although the room was clean and the futons were comfortable, it was a bit small for our group. the location was a bit tricky to get to, as we had to travel up a steep hill and take a small bridge to get to the ryokan.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending a small shop in the area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great onsen and beautiful views of the mountains. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious, using many local ingredients.

    None.

We had an amazing time at a traditional Ryokan, surrounded by picturesque scenery. We enjoyed a comfortable, clean and relaxing room with a beautiful traditional bathroom. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist us with local recommendations. We were offered everything we could need, from entertainment to a fully furnished relaxing lounge. We indulged ourselves in a delicious and varied breakfast while enjoying a breath-taking view of the surrounding hills. the location was tranquil but not too far from a few local shops and sights.

We did notice some slight wear in the Ryokan's common areas.

The private outdoor onsens were a great experience and allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery around us. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel was a bit outdated and could use some renovations to improve its facilities. We also found it difficult to communicate with the staff as not all of them spoke English.
